The information and data provided by you or otherwise acquired as part of the use of our site http://www.alphatrading.it, – such as: access to the reserved area of the Site, sending of the newsletter , will be processed in compliance with the provisions of the Regulation and the confidentiality obligations that inspire the activity of Alpha Trading S.p.A.
Since following consultation of this site, data relating to identified or identifiable persons may be processed, the purpose of this information is to describe the methods of managing the site in relation to the processing of the personal data of users who consult it. The information is provided for the Alpha Trading website and also for our other websites that may be consulted by the user via links (e.g. http://www.alphatrading.it, etc.).
With regards to corporate communication channels on social networks (facebook, instagram, twitter, etc.), please refer to the information of the individual owners of the respective communication and data collection platforms and to this information only for the personal data that they reach Alpha through Trading.

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This is information that is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but which by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the site, the addresses in URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used in submitting the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user’s IT environment. These data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning and are deleted immediately after processing. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of hypothetical computer crimes against the site: except for this eventuality, the data on web contacts currently persist for the time necessary to collect the statistical data.

Place and purpose of data processing
The processing connected to the web services of this site takes place at the aforementioned headquarters in Genoa, Via Brigata Liguria 3/19 and is handled by personnel in charge of processing. No data deriving from the web service is disseminated. The personal data provided by users who send requests for informative material (newsletter, information request, complaint management, sending CVs, etc.) are used for the sole purpose of carrying out the service or provision requested, fulfilling any legal or accounting obligations and tax and are communicated to third parties only if this is necessary for this purpose or if you have given your consent.
Legal basis and mandatory or optional nature of the processing
The legal basis for the processing of Personal Data for the purposes referred to in the previous section is art. 6 (1 b – f) of the Regulation as the processing is necessary for the provision of the Services or for responding to requests from the interested party. Apart from what is specified for navigation data, the user is free to provide personal data contained in the request forms or otherwise indicated for sending information material, applications for job positions or other communications. Failure to provide them may make it impossible to obtain what is requested.
Recipients of personal data
Your personal data may be shared, for the purposes referred to in the section above, with:
• subjects who typically act as data controllers, i.e.: i) people, companies or professional firms who provide assistance and consultancy to Alpha Trading in accounting, administrative, legal, tax, financial and debt collection matters relating to the provision of the Services; ii) subjects with whom it is necessary to interact for the provision of the Services (for example hosting providers) iii) or subjects delegated to carry out technical maintenance activities (including maintenance of network equipment and electronic communications networks); • subjects, bodies or authorities to whom it is mandatory to communicate your personal data pursuant to legal provisions or orders of the authorities; • persons authorized by Alpha Trading to process personal data necessary to carry out activities strictly related to the provision of the Services, who are committed to confidentiality or have an adequate legal obligation of confidentiality (e.g. employees).
Methods of processing, transfer and storage of data
Personal data are processed with automated and non-automated tools, and are stored for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected and/or stored up to the time required by the specific obligation or applicable law and in any case up to the time permitted by Italian legislation to protect one’s interests (Art. 2946 c.c. et seq.).
Specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access.
Some personal data may be transferred to Recipients who may be located outside the European Economic Area. Alpha Trading S.p.A. ensures that in this case the processing will take place in full compliance with the Regulation. Indeed, based on the adequacy decision, on the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission or on another suitable legal basis.
Rights of interested parties
Pursuant to articles 15 and following of the Regulation, you have the right to ask Alpha Trading S.p.A., at any time, for access to your personal data, rectification or cancellation of the same or to oppose their processing, you have the right to request the limitation of processing in the cases provided for by the art. 18 of the Regulation, as well as to obtain the data concerning you in a structured, commonly used and automatically readable format, if possible and in the cases provided for by the art. 20 of the Regulation.
In any case, you always have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent Supervisory Authority (Guarantor for the Protection of Personal Data), pursuant to art. 77 of the Regulation, if you believe that the processing of your Personal Data is contrary to the legislation in force.
