The Alpha Trading s.p.a.’s Biofuels division started its activity in 2004 as a result of the Group’s entrepreneurial desire to develop low-emission renewable energy. The Biofuels Division operates in the marketing of Biofuels made mainly from waste raw materials so-called premiali. Biofuels Division has gradually increased its positioning in the market, thanks to the strategic choices of management, the professionalisation of its staff and the gradual specialisation in products derived from second-generation raw materials, such as in particular waste and by-products.

The warehouse in Solbiate Olona
A storage capacity of 14,000 cubic meters.
The tank terminal is spread over an area of about 6500 square meters within the complex of HEXION S.p.A. located in the municipality of Solbiate Olona, has a storage capacity of approximately 14,000 cubic meters where different types of biodiesel are stored and mixed and then delivered to the main refineries/ stores in northern Italy located in a strategic position with respect to the warehouse.
